Food and drinks in the studio:

Dancer is recommended to bring water and any beverage brought must be in a bottle or cup that is not at high risk of spilling.

Dancers may bring a granola bar or something of the sorts as a small snack if needed, but we ask for no meals or messy/crumbly foods to be brought into the studio! Any food is fine in the room outside of the studio where dancers may wait in between classes.

Additional information:

If a dancer signs up for the first and last classes, and has a wait in between, they are welcome to wait at the church until their next class in the room next to the studio!

Phones must be kept in the dancer’s bags and on silent as they are not to be used unless it’s between classes.

If the dancer is sick we ask they stay home for the day so as to not spread to the other dancers! We’ll pray they get better soon! If the dancer has to miss a class it is asked that the dancer would contact the instructor before class, and ask a friend to help them learn the parts of the dance that they missed, or ask a friend or the instructor for a video of the new choreography so they can know it for the next class.

Items dancers are encouraged to keep in their dance bag:

  • Deodorant
  • Granola bar or snack of some sorts
  • Water
  • Warm clothes (if in the winter)
  • Backup hair elastics
