Scholarship Application

Scholarships are currently awarded on a semester-by-semester basis.  A new application must be completed for each semester in which the student is seeking a scholarship.Scholarship requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the beginning of the semester, unless otherwise approved by the scholarship administration.  Awards may only be used for education received at SMaRT FUN Learning Adventures.  The information requested must be disclosed for all parent/guardian households of the student being registered. We recommend the signatures of all parents/guardians with custodial rights of the child be provided. At least one signature is required.
